From Colombia to the States, Arrango is Added to the Harpooners Roster

 The Hartford Harpooners are proud to announce that Cesar Arango as the latest addition to the roster. Coming all the way from Colombia, Cesar has played since he was 14 years old with the Zorros RC, Duendes RC, the Colombia National team, Old Blue RFC, and Union County RFC.
