Joanel Joseph Joins the Harpooners

    The Hartford Harpooners are excited to announce the addition of Joanel Joseph. Born in Rockland County, NY and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Joanel started his rugby career at Penn State University being apart of their CRC sides. He world continue his rugby career with Schuykill River, Potomac Exiles, Capital Rugby Union, and Beltway Rlite. Joanel made his Harpooners debut at Ruggerfest-Fort Lauderdale earlier this year and will be a part of the squad heading west to Colorado on May 8th.
